Superintendent positions: Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Lexington, and Louisville
Job Description
Construction Superintendent to supervise building of quality residential homes for a well-established, successful and growing build-on-your-lot Regional Builder. No overnight travel required, home every night! Excellent earning and growth potential. Health, Life Insurance, 401k and dental plans available. Company vehicle (+ fuel card and maintenance) is included as well as cell phone and tablet for the Superintendent’s job.
Qualifications:
- Residential building experience required.
- Outstanding communication skills is a must.
- Quality and detail oriented.
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
- Subcontractor negotiation ability.
- Ability to run tight schedules in a fast-paced environment.
Annual compensation will be based on results and can range between $60,000-$132,000++ a year. Rapidly growing company = EXCELLENT advancement opportunities.

Job is located in the Eastgate area of Cincinnati, Ohio Must be a self starter, dependable, computer savvy, organized people person. General sales or customer service experience is a plus. 30 hours per week weekends required $15 per hour plus commissions and bonuses
