Employee Spotlight with Stephanie Kimble | Taylor Homes

After Stephanie’s son grew older, she began looking for her next employment adventure. When asked about finding Taylor Homes, she reminisces, “When I interviewed with Taylor Homes, I remember the feeling of family.” She also recalls that the excellent reputation of Taylor Homes attracted her to accept the position as a New Homes Sales Consultant for the Indianapolis region. 

One thing Stephaine loves about working at Taylor Homes is the company’s willingness and ability to be completely customizable for their customers. She states, “Taylor Homes’ ability to customize any floor plan or features for any customer is truly amazing. As a New Homes Sales Consultant, my job is to take people’s ideas from a dream to a reality. Taylor Homes makes that easy with all of their options.” 

The day-to-day work for Stephaine entails contacting those who are looking to build their dream home, scheduling appointments to hear about their dream homes and transforming that dream into a reality. She enjoys being able to provide excellent customer service to those building homes and believes the superior leadership of Taylor Homes supports that mission. 

Another thing Stephaine loves about working at Taylor Homes is that she gets to provide the best quality home at the best price. “The fact that I have the ability to provide my customers with the exact thing they’re looking for at the best price is very important to me.”  Her commitment to customer service even landed her the 2019 Salesperson of the year award!
