Taylor Homes recently celebrated a HUGE milestone of selling our 15,000th home! We’ve built quality custom homes over the course of 60+ years and so we wanted to share the process from start to finish with our 15,000th home sold!
The Rodriguez Family is the proud soon-to-be-owner of the 15,000th home, which is a brick Hanover floor plan with an extended family suite on a basement! Which is essentially a multigenerational family all under one roof but with plenty of space and separate living quarters!
The Rodriguez Family first stopped by the Indianapolis showroom to review and sign the Taylor blueprints before any construction began. They also selected the color of roof and brick of their dream home!
After blueprints was financing – the Taylor Homes financing steps include:
✅Fast and easy application process
✅Same day loan pre-approval
✅No “out of pocket” closing costs
✅No PMI* (on some products)
✅Escrow waiver options
✅Friendly people and casual environment
Once financing was finalized, the Rodriguez Family was ready to break ground on their Hanover home! Digging commences, all their ideas and planning begin to come to fruition for both the family and construction team.
This quickly turns into foundation and framing, and the once pile of dirt officially starts to transform into a home.
Once framing is finished the fun begins! Rough mechanicals such as air-conditioning, heating, plumbing and electrical are installed. Trims then go into place which include the everyday items and accessories giving the home character. Finals will then occur and flooring begins which leads to orientation or the final walkthrough!
The Rodriguez will soon be enjoying their forever dream home!
